For a new company that’s just starting there will be many mistakes and growing pains. The way you handle all of that speaks volumes. My experience at the beginning wasn’t the greatest but at the end of the day I was taken care of from start to finish. They made sure they did everything that they possibly could to make sure I was satisfied with my service. I respect and admire the way of going about handling the situation. I’m not perfect and honestly far from it which is why you can’t be made at someone for messing up. It’s apart of life and that’s how we all learn. Any new company regardless of the team behind them all lack credibility due to being so new. My experience was great, Sam & Franklin really worked closely with me and provided world-class service. Sam specifically provided concierge service and advocated for high quality work to be done on my vehicle. He showed flexible and initiative. Franklin was kind to deliver my car directly to my home and treated me like a celebrity client. These guys deserve 5 stars they worked hard for their customer. I had  an amazing experience with Liberty Hail! Trevor was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process—he kept me informed every step of the way and made everything so easy. I loved the convenience of the free rental car, especially since I didn’t have to drive anywhere for drop off or pick up—they brought it right to me! The best part was knowing that everything, including the rental, was completely at no cost to me.

When my car was returned, it looked better than ever—they even cleaned and detailed it inside and out! Honestly, I can’t remember the last time my car was that clean!
